About Nick

Nicole “Nick” Alexander is a Global Content & Experiential Production Executive with a career spanning television, streaming, music, live experience, and platform-driven content. She is known for building and leading content studios, creative systems, and global teams that translate live culture into scalable storytelling and long-term brand impact.

Nicole currently serves as Global Executive Producer and Director of the Roland Content Studio, where she leads global content strategy and end-to-end production for one of the most iconic brands in music. She oversees multidisciplinary in-house teams and a global freelance roster, delivering high-volume video and photo content across digital and social platforms. Her work spans artist-driven storytelling, product and brand campaigns, creator and influencer series, evergreen formats, and live-to-content amplification, with cultural moments such as NAMM and Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) serving as key content drivers.

Working across the US, UK, and EU, Nicole partners closely with C-suite leaders and senior stakeholders across marketing, product, artist relations, communications, and brand, as well as agencies and production partners worldwide. She is recognized for designing repeatable content frameworks and production workflows that allow teams to scale globally while maintaining creative quality, speed, and clarity.

Previously, Nicole served as Co-Executive Producer of Netflix’s #1 global unscripted series Selling Sunset and produced the first two seasons of Hulu’s The Kardashians. Her television and streaming work has reached global audiences in the tens of millions.

A defining through-line of her career is music-led experiential production at scale. As Director of Event Production at MTV, she produced the experiential and content ecosystems around major tentpoles including The Video Game Awards, The Comedy Awards, Guys Choice Awards, and the TV Land Awards. She later led artist-driven fan events and live-to-content programming at 1iota, supporting shows such as the VMAs, MTV Movie Awards, iHeartRadio Music Awards, and Jimmy Kimmel Live!

Her experiential portfolio includes landmark brand moments such as Ford’s first-ever live car launch for the EcoSport, produced in partnership with Snapchat and iHeartMedia and featuring DJ Khaled—supporting a vehicle that went on to achieve 200,000+ global sales within two years of launch. She also produced Katy Perry’s Will You Be My Witness?, a multi-day documentary and social experiment blending performance, narrative, and real-time audience participation, and delivered award-winning experiential campaigns for Delta, Google, NBCUniversal, and Absolut through MKG.

Originally from Sydney, Nicole is a classically trained opera singer, an NYU-trained filmmaker, and a trained accountant—a rare combination that underpins her ability to balance creative ambition with operational discipline.
