Since 2024, Nicole has served as Global Executive Producer of the Roland Content Studio, where she oversees the end-to-end creative and production strategy for one of the most iconic brands in music. She leads global campaigns, artist-driven content, and evergreen series that reflect Roland’s deep connection to innovation, performance, and culture—collaborating across internal teams, external agencies, and production companies worldwide.
Nick has worked with the world’s leading networks, brands, and studios—including Netflix, Hulu, NBCUniversal, Comedy Central, ABC, YouTube, Instagram, Getty Images, Google, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Viacom, and more. She produced the first two seasons of The Kardashians for Hulu and served as Co-Executive Producer of Netflix’s #1 unscripted global hit Selling Sunset. Earlier in her career, she played a key creative role at MTV and 1iota, and produced many of Viacom’s biggest tentpole television events, including Eddie Murphy: One Night Only, The Comedy Awards, Guys Choice Awards, The Video Game Awards and the TV Land Awards.
She also produced multiple live-streamed LA County Holiday Celebrations for PBS, and PBS specials for the Southland Sessions series in partnership with the Los Angeles Music Center, spotlighting L.A.’s creative communities during a time of cultural reinvention. In addition, Nicole conceived, executive produced, directed, shot, and edited the 2020 and 2021 Spotlight Grand Finale PBS specials hosted by Josh Groban—single-handedly delivering these nationally broadcast documentaries during the height of the pandemic.
Nicole’s strength lies in leading creative from concept to execution—whether developing original series, directing branded content, or running global campaigns. She manages budgets, teams, and talent with equal ease, and is highly adept at working with diverse stakeholders across internal departments, agencies, production partners, and talent teams. She thrives in high-stakes environments and brings a calm, decisive, and collaborative approach to every production.
For nearly 10 years, she led her own creative venture, Hashtag, You’re It, through which she developed original series, brand campaigns, and multi-platform content for networks, artists, and major clients. She also helped launch Instagram’s original video channel, helping shape the platform’s early visual identity.
Originally from Sydney, Nicole is a classically trained opera singer who studied at the Sydney Conservatorium before attending film school at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Her musical background continues to shape her distinctive visual rhythm and editorial style.
She is the recipient of over 60 international film festival awards, 4 Telly Awards, and 2 Helpmann Awards, was a contributing author to Postcards from Tomorrow, and is currently writing her first novel.
